Generally, there are 3 different types, 3 layers, 2 layers and 1 layer.
3 Layers
Top layer contact with person, so it’s normally soft touch for comfortable or water repellent for easy clean.
Middle layer it’s a paddle, the main function is to make the picnic blanket as soft as possible.
Bottom layer it’s contact with ground, the main function is waterproof, but it also need to be strong enough to avoid cut by sharp object.

HOT MELT It melt the middle layer and bottom layer first, then melt the top layer. So the temperature is very important, many of picnic blanket with quality problem caused by wrong temperature. Please refer to video
ULTRASONIC MELT melt 3 layers together at one time, as it’s melt by ultrasonic, so there’s no sewing holes and completely waterproof.
2 Layers
In order to have portable packing, the middle layer will be removed, only top layer and bottom layer will be applied. In this case, it usually choose soft material as top layer.
1 Layer
Some so call pocket picnic blanket only have one layer made by waterproof fabric.
We have machine washable picnic blanket, but not all picnic blanket is machine washable. Please contact us for details.
Ne kemi një rregull të rreptë për inspektim. Të gjitha materialet do të inspektohen dhe të gjitha produktet e përfunduar do të inspektohen një nga një para se të dërgesës. Ju mund të dini nëse furnizuesi juaj të bëjë inspektim për produktet tuaj duke kontrolluar nëse ka ndonjë pjesë default. Kjo nuk është e mundur që 100% e produkteve të tyre të përmbushur standardet.
Shumica e produkteve tona janë ambienti miqësor. Por tregu si të ndryshme ka kërkesa të ndryshme, ju lutem kontrolloni me ne për më shumë detaje. Ju gjithashtu mund të na tregoni tregun tuaj të synuar, atëherë ne mund të japin informacion në përputhje me rrethanat.
Sasia minimale Urdhri varet artikujve të ndryshme dhe detaje të produktit. Normalisht nga 500pcs në 2000pcs, disa artikuj më shumë, disa më pak. Ju lutemi të na kontaktoni për çdo send tjetër.
Për mostrat, koha çojë është rreth 7 ditë. Për prodhimin në masë, koha çojë është 45-60 ditë pas marrjes së pagesës depozitave. Kohë të çojë në fuqi kur (1) kemi marrë depozitën tuaj, dhe (2) kemi miratimin përfundimtar për produktet tuaj. Nëse kohët tona të çojë nuk punojnë me afat tuaj, ju lutem shkoni në kërkesat tuaja me stafin tonë. Në të gjitha rastet ne do të përpiqemi për të akomoduar nevojat tuaja. Në shumicën e rasteve ne jemi në gjendje për ta bërë këtë.
