A For samples, the lead time is about 7 days. For mass production, the lead time is 45-60 days after receiving the deposit payment. The lead time effective when (1) we have received your deposit, and (2) we have your final approval for your products. If our lead times do not work with your deadline, please go over your requirements with our staff. In all cases we will try to accommodate your needs. In most cases we are able to do so.

A Zipper performance on sleeping bag related to zipper quality and sleeping bag design. We have a zipper with very good quality but only cost 30-40% of YKK zipper. If somebody tell you that their zipper is good, please do not test zipper itself only, you’d better test the zipper on sleeping bag.

A If somebody tell you that their sleeping bag is waterproof, you should consider if he/she is in this line. Sleeping bag should NOT waterproof, it need to be water repellent and breathable. If a sleeping bag is waterproof, it will not breathable exclusive some extremely high level fabric. The consumer will sweat and feel very uncomfortable.

A What’s the sewing construction of your sleeping bag? Is that fit well for your purpose? Does your supplier told you which construction is used for your sleeping bag and feature of each construction? Normally, there are 2 different constructions on the market, the H chamber and double H chamber.
The H Chamber is simplest and most popular construction, sew the shell, insulation and lining together directly. This construction is usually used for summer-spring models
Double H chamber, which is most popular used for low temperature sleeping bag. There are 2 separate layers, the outer layer sew shell & one layer of insulation together and the inner layer sew lining and another layer of insulation together, then sew 2 layers together. This double H construction could have more insulation and better performance than H chamber to keep sleeping bag warmer. After lots of thermal insulation test with “thermal dummy”, we find there’s still "Cold Points", so we apply an improved double H construction.
Improved double H chamber, as it’s name shows, it’s improved based on double H chamber. The sewing line on double H for both 2 layers are at same level, thermal will loss through these “cold pints”. In order to solve this problem, we designed this improved double H chamber.

A Footprint could protect your tent floor from sharp objects, such as beach stone, stake. Not all the tent need a footprint.
When put a footprint under a tent, make sure you don't have parts of it out of your tent, because when it rains, water can get on the footprint and run underneath your tent and soak the floor of the tent.

A First of all, it should conform to the law where it will be sold, such as fire resistance at North America market.
Secondly, if the ventilation is enough. ISO5912 has the based requirement about it. But the tent should be designed according to temperature of different market.
Thirdly, make sure the tent is waterproof except it design not to request waterproof. That’s the basic requirement but lots of tents fail to fulfill it.

A Accordingly to ISO5912, there are 2 categories for tents. Category A with the total weight per person not more than 2.5kg, Category B with the total weight per person more than 2.5kgs. For Category B, each person should have sleep area not less than 200 x 60cm. For Category A, the total length should not less than 195cm, the width at shoulder should not less than 58cm, at head & feet position should not less than 35cm. If it’s difficult for you to remember it, just have in mind that each person should have sleep area not less than 200 x 60cm.

A First of all, if the tent waterproof is not only related to material but also depend on design and workmanship. Before you place order, you'd better ask your supplier about it and get clear answer.
Secondly, you can have a tarp together with your tent as a set to make your tent waterproof. Please remember to have an instruction together with your tent.
